The Fluke 789 allows you to measure both low and high currents and voltages with good performance. The Fluke 789 can generate 4-20mA and perform quick "span checks" with 0% and 100% buttons for current generation. You can also supply a transmitter with 24V to avoid having to use an external power supply to measure 4-20mA from your transmitter.
