A tough rubber holster provides extra strength and a good grip on the instrument that has cash in sturdy ABS plastic.
Much effort is put in to make the instruments easy to use. A simple switch of text gives a clear message to all main functions, while additional features are the key buttons below the display.
The display has a large and a small digital readout and an analog display. All primary results appear in the main reading, while additional information is displayed on the smallest reading. The analog display has Megger's patented feature that makes the viewer so much like an "old fashioned" shows the instrument as possible. This is particularly useful for measuring the insulation where it needs to follow the charge and discharge of the circuits
